## 1. Getting started

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs

### What a Logic Flow is

What a Logic Flow is:
1. Answer questions
2. Follow the branches
3. Reach a conclusion
4. See its sources

A data format that lays out the path of a decision as questions, branches and conclusions. Anyone, not only experts, can read and verify it, and a computer runs it exactly as written.

### What you can do

- **Without an account**: Run Public Logic Flows, read Guides and Folders, and try building one on Build a Logic Flow.
- **With a free account**: Bookmark resources, and create and release your own Logic Flows, Guides, and Folders.
- **In a Group**: Share procedures with members only, and suggest changes to them. Once a Group trusts you, you can also make, verify and take requests.

### Home, signed in

- **Use**: What is new in Public and in your Groups. View all opens each list.
- **Requests**: Open requests and Builders taking requests.
- **My Workspace**: Your Bookmarks, Development (what you make) and Inbox (what was asked of you and by you).
- **Announcements**: News from LogicFlowCraft.

At the top, Explore searches everything (⌘K or Ctrl+K), Create makes a Logic Flow or a Guide, and the bell brings your notifications.

## 2. Use a Logic Flow

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/use

### Find one

Explore at the top searches Logic Flows, Guides and Folders (⌘K or Ctrl+K); Browse by kind there opens their lists, by category too. A Group's are on that Group's page.

### Run it: two ways to answer

- **Flow view**: One question at a time over the diagram.
- **List view**: A Step's questions on one page.

![The Flow view: one question on a card over the diagram, with Whole flow, day or night and full screen above it.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/flowview-en.png)

Both count as one run. In the Flow view, switch day or night, see the whole flow, or go full screen. Press a picture to enlarge it.

### Review the logic

On a Logic Flow's page, the Flow tab shows every step with its conditions, and holds two tools:

- **AI explanation prompt**: Have your AI explain the logic. It does not edit the Logic Flow.
- **Input/output results CSV**: Every input condition and its result, not just one run.

![The Flow tab showing an input, the conditions applied to it, and where each branch leads.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/flow-en.png)

These tools support review; they do not automatically establish that the content is correct.

### Bookmark it

Press the bookmark to keep it under My Workspace → Bookmarks; only you see them. Updated marks a newer Release.

## 3. Make a Logic Flow

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/build

### Make it with AI

Make it with AI:
1. Copy the prompt
2. Talk with your AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…)
3. Paste its answer
4. Import

![AI Assistance showing Copy the prompt, a field for the generated data, and Import Logic Flow.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/ai-en.png)

Start from Create → Logic Flow: choose its category, language and who can use it, then how to make it (By hand, Copy & paste, or AI tool connection). With Copy & paste, paste the AI's final answer or choose its answer file (JSON). If it can't be read, send the repair prompt in the same chat.

No account yet? Try the same steps on Build a Logic Flow. [Build a Logic Flow](https://logicflowcraft.com/try)

### Finish it in the Builder

Three kinds of Steps:
1. Input (Asks questions)
2. Definition (Calculates or classifies)
3. Message (Shows results)

Flow checks lists problems, and Preview lets you answer it as a reader would. Every branch's result is in the Input/output results CSV.

Cite sources in Messages. Where the reader goes next, such as a form or a contact, goes in a Message as its https:// address: it shows as a link that opens in a new tab.

### Add pictures

Add pictures:
1. Add image (Questions, choices, Messages)
2. No one identifiable (Face, name, ID, dates)
3. What it shows and size
4. Made smaller (1600 px · 300 KB)

Picture sizes: Small / Medium / Large / Auto

Without a size, a picture sizes itself: at most Large, and several sit side by side.

How many and how much you can add (per Logic Flow, per question, choice or Message, and in storage) depends on your plan (Usage and account). With AI tool connection, the AI gives you a link to add them.

### Your work on Development

My Workspace → Development: drafts, released and withdrawn Logic Flows, and your Guides.

## 4. Release and access

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/release

### Draft and Release

Draft and Release:
1. Draft
2. Release (v1, fixed)
3. Edit again
4. Next version (v2)

### Choose who can use it

- **Public**: Anyone can view and run it.
- **Group**: Active members of that Group can view and run it (anyone, once shared outside).
- **Personal**: Only you can use it (anyone, once shared outside).

You choose it when you create the Logic Flow (a draft from Derive: at its first Release). The first Release fixes it for good; to change it, Derive a new Logic Flow from yours.

### Withdraw and restore

Withdraw takes a released Logic Flow out of sight; it waits in Development under Withdrawn Logic Flows. Restore brings it back while its withdrawn days add up to 7 or fewer; after that it is deleted.

### Build on someone else's Logic Flow

Someone else's Logic Flow cannot be changed. When your suggested change is declined with Allow Derive, or gets no answer in 7 days, Derive shows on it: you start your own from it. One from a Group stays in that Group or Personal. The original stays unchanged.

### Hand it over

An Owner may hand a Logic Flow, Guide or Folder to someone who may own it there (in a Group, a member it trusts); a Guide may take its Logic Flows along. It moves when they accept within 7 days. Personal ones, Logic Flows not yet released, and ones with a draft being edited cannot be handed over.

## 5. Share outside

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/share

### Link and embed

In a Logic Flow's Share, turn on Share outside: anyone can then use it from its link, or on a page where its code is pasted, without signing in. It always shows the latest version.

![Share with Share outside on: how it looks first, then to copy: the request to the site's developer AI under Placing and using it on a site, its link and code; and where it was shown.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/share-en.png)

- **Look**: Flow (night or day) or List. Start at once skips the introduction.
- **Off and on**: Off, the link and every pasted page show nothing; on again, the same link and code work.
- **Height**: As tall as the visitor's screen (420 to 860 pixels). To fix it, add data-height="720".
- **Only the link shows**: Some pages run no scripts of others. Tick For a page where only the link shows under the code, and copy the frame instead (a fixed height; form settings do not work there).
- **Who may share**: Its Owner for a Public or Personal one; for a Group's, that Group's Manager or a Co-manager. Only released ones.
- **Views**: While shared, the button reads Sharing; open it to see the sites it was shown on over the last 30 days, and how often. Views inside LogicFlowCraft are not counted.

### Placing and using it on a site

Placing and using it on a site:
1. A visitor answers
2. The page is told (each answer, then the result)
3. The page uses it

Each answer, and at the end the result (the conclusion reached, the values worked out, the sources), reach the page it is pasted in: the site may fill a form with them, record or tally them, or change what it shows.

In Share, copy the request under Placing and using it on a site and paste it into the AI that builds the site (ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code and the like).

- From embedding to using the answers and checking that it works, it builds it with you.
- When the Logic Flow you made needs changing, the AI connects to LogicFlowCraft itself: you only press Allow on the page that opens.
- To change it later, copy it again and paste it into a new chat.

Answers may include personal information. Once the page that embeds it receives them, how they are handled is the responsibility of whoever embeds it.

For help with the details of embedding, or with building what uses the answers, ask us: [Contact](https://logicflowcraft.com/support)

### Try it

Paste a shared Logic Flow's link: answer it here and see what the page is told.

### Receive them in code (for developers)

The page that embeds it is told each answer and the result. Read them by their IDs: a single choice arrives as its words, so editing them changes what arrives. Each message carries the version. Opened with ?lfc-debug added to its address (&lfc-debug if it has a ? already), the page shows what arrives in the browser's console.

```
<script>
window.addEventListener("message", (event) => {
  if (event.origin !== "https://logicflowcraft.com" || event.data?.type !== "logicflowcraft") return;
  if (event.data.event === "result") {
    // event.data.result.text: every conclusion reached; .answers: every answer, each with its question's inputId
    document.querySelector("textarea[name=message]").value = event.data.result.text;
  }
});
</script>
```

### Usage counts

When a Logic Flow's owner (for a Group's, its Manager and Co-managers) turns on counting, each run asks first; only runs the person agrees to are sent to LogicFlowCraft and added to counts. It works the same without agreeing.

- **Sent to**: LogicFlowCraft (operated by Hisashi Johno)
- **What is sent**: The choices picked (which may include answers about health), the path taken, and whether it was finished. Never numbers answered, times or the page's address, though the path taken may show the range of a number answered.
- **Who sees it**: Its provider: a Public or Personal one's owner; a Group's Manager and Co-managers. The page that embeds it does not see them.
- **Why**: For its provider to learn, as counts, how it is used.
- **Not kept**: Who answered (account, IP address and the like) and a record of each run's answers. Only counts are kept.
- **Kept for**: This month and the 12 before it. Exported CSV files stay with the provider after that.
- **Hosting records**: Apart from the counts, the hosting provider may keep records such as IP addresses and the addresses visited (see the Privacy Policy).
- **What the provider sees**: Counts by day over any period kept, and for each answer of up to five questions to filter by (such as age group) with every other question's answers, also exported as CSV. When few have answered, or counts before and after are compared, answers or the path taken may become apparent.
- **Rules**: Those who see the counts must not identify who answered from them or from exported CSV files, or match them with lists or other information. Publishing a CSV file or giving it to others is not part of this consent.
- **To stop**: Choose Start without agreeing, or Withdraw consent during a run. Once sent, a run cannot be taken back out of the counts.
- **Where it is used**: Only Logic Flows where the person using it answers about themselves and can understand what they choose. When answering about someone else, choose Start without agreeing.
- **Not covered by this consent**: Answers passed to the page that embeds it, the record of views and where it was shown, and that page's own analytics are separate from this consent.
- **To look further**: These counts go no further. To split answers further, or to check them against who answered with their consent, the page that embeds it can receive the answers and do so (Placing and using it on a site); how consent is asked for and the answers are handled there is the responsibility of whoever embeds it.
- **The consent wording**: Version 4, shown from October 31, 2026

## 6. Groups

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/groups

A Group is where its members make and share Logic Flows, Guides and Folders, such as a hospital department or a company team.

### Start a Group

Start a Group:
1. Create a Group (Free)
2. Ready right away (You become its Manager)
3. Invite or approve (Members join)
4. Trust (They may contribute)

Every Group shows in Groups (Find) and in search, and anyone can see its page: its description, its Manager and Co-managers, how many members and resources it has, and the Public ones it picks. What else it shares, and who else is in it, only its members see.

Members join by invitation. A Group that takes requests to join offers it on its page, and its Manager or a Co-manager approves each. Its Manager turns this on at the top of Members (its Members tab), off at first.

### Roles

- **Manager**: Runs the Group, grants trust, and may hand the role to a trusted member with room to manage a Group (it moves when accepted within 7 days).
- **Co-managers**: Up to two trusted members. They approve join requests, invite members and share the Group's Logic Flows outside.
- **Trust**: A Manager's permission to publish, verify and take part in requests in the Group, and, in a certified Group, to verify and take requests in Public; not a certification of expertise or identity. A member may ask for it with Request trust.
- **Certified**: The trust given in the Group also counts in Public. A Group an operator manages is certified. Others start uncertified; the Manager may ask from the Group's page, or LogicFlowCraft certifies one whose Manager it knows. Handed to a Manager who is not an operator, a Group is no longer certified until LogicFlowCraft certifies it again.

In the Official Group, only LogicFlowCraft makes Logic Flows and Guides; its members verify and take part in requests.

### The board

Every member reads and writes the Group's board. Replies go one level deep, and a post may name members. The Manager may hide a post.

### Show outside the Group

- **Public folder**: Anyone, signed in or not, reads and runs what is in it; it stays out of Public lists and search. The Manager or a Co-manager makes a top-level folder public.
- **Locked folder**: Read by the Group's members, and by the viewers let in, each until a set day.

Let viewers in on a folder's page (Viewers: invite, or approve an application), or into several locked folders at once from Members on the Group's page (its Viewers tab), where their days are changed or ended together too.

Whether each locked folder takes applications to read it is turned on or off at the top of Members' Viewers tab; a folder's name there opens its terms of use.

Before anything is shown outside for the first time, the page asks once to confirm that those who made it have agreed.

## 7. Verification and requests

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/verify

### Verification

Verification:
1. Request verification (By name, or open to anyone)
2. Verify (7 days)
3. Mark as verified (✓ on that version)

- Suggest a change: What needs fixing goes to the Owner.

Verification records that a trusted person checked one version. It does not guarantee results. A new version keeps it as it is, and its verifier is told: they check what changed and take it back if needed.

Check where each link in a Message leads, too: its page can change after verification.

A Guide's verification ends in Looks right or Changes needed; Changes needed waits as Awaiting a fix until it is fixed. A version released while verifying takes the verification over, with the same deadline.

### Your Inbox

![The Inbox: Asked of me and Asked by me, each row with its kind of work, the other person and where it stands.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/inbox-en.png)

My Workspace → Inbox: Asked of me and Asked by me. Waiting marks what needs you.

### Requests

Kinds of request: Create / Verify / Revise

Ask a builder to create a Logic Flow or Guide, or to verify or revise one of yours. Post it to anyone, or name someone.

A verification request takes as many verifiers as you like and is done when each has settled. Before a Group trusts you, you may post one request, to create or verify (no reward, naming no one).

### Taking a request to create or revise

Taking a request to create or revise:
1. New request
2. Offer to take it (Hands up, with a note)
3. Ask this person (The requester chooses)
4. In progress (Until the deadline)
5. Delivered (Request changes ↺ Changes made)
6. Confirm done (Or by itself after 7 days)

- Step down: Before delivering anything. It opens again, or goes back to those named.
- Ask to stop: Stops when the other agrees, or after 7 days.
- Deadline passed: The requester may end it alone; 14 days on it ends by itself.
- End without taking it: After one round of changes, the requester may end a creation without accepting it, saying why.
- Not taken: Ends after 7 days.

- **Deadline**: Chosen when posting, 7 to 30 days ahead, and shown on the card. Tap it to propose a new date; it changes only when both agree. Changes asked for are due in 14 days.
- **Paid**: The amount and terms are agreed with the builder, by email. Once a builder is decided, the two see each other's address until 30 days after it ends, however it ends.
- **To be handed over**: Chosen when posting. When the request is done, what is made becomes the requester's at once (even past their plan's limits); for a Guide, with the Logic Flows newly made for it. The builder stays its creator.
- **Edit rights**: For a revision: until the deadline. Taking it back asks the builder to stop.

Each ending is shown, as it happened, in the builder's record.

### Builders

Requests → Builders: people taking requests, with their Record score and how many they took and finished, by recent activity or by record. Contact sends one a request naming them.

### Suggested changes

Suggested changes:
1. Suggest a change
2. Take it on (Or decline)
3. Addressed (Its asker confirms it)

- Not resolved yet: Send it back once, within 7 days.
- Not addressed: Expires after 7 days, taken on or not.

Addressed, it reads so until the one who suggested it confirms it, or 7 days pass; then it is resolved. One found in verification is resolved when its verifier marks the fixed version verified.

Requests → Suggested changes lists them. If one is declined, you may derive your own where allowed.

## 8. Guides and Folders

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/guides

### Explain with a Guide

![A disaster drill Guide with short explanations and links to the related Logic Flows.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/guide-en.png)

A Guide leads readers to the right Logic Flow with short explanations, links and figures. Choose Create → Guide, then where it is shared.

Each save is a version; it can be verified and get suggested changes, as a Logic Flow can. A Guide is Public or for a Group (never Personal).

Its Logic Flow cards open their pages; a card its author ticks Run inside the Guide is answered in place.

### Organize in a Folder

![The Disaster response Folder containing three Logic Flows and two Guides.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/folder-en.png)

A Folder gathers Logic Flows and Guides under one link. It holds references, not copies.

Make one with New folder in Explore or on a Group's Folders tab. Put things in with Add resources inside it, or Select → Add to folder in a list.

## 9. AI tool connection (MCP)

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/mcp

Connect the AI tool you already use to LogicFlowCraft, and in one conversation it reads what you may read, then creates or revises the Logic Flows and Guides you agree on and releases them.

### Connecting changes nothing

- Until you agree in the chat, the AI only reads.
- It releases only what you approved.

### Connect your AI

Connect your AI:
1. Choose your AI and copy (Claude Code or Codex)
2. Open a terminal (Move to your working folder)
3. Paste and press Enter
4. Approve in the browser (Press Connect on the page that opens)
5. Start talking (Connected)

![The AI tool connection (MCP) screen showing connection setup and instructions for a supported AI tool.](https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/screenshots/mcp-en.png)

Open it from Create → Logic Flow → AI tool connection (MCP), from AI tool connection (MCP) in Modify Logic Flow with AI on a draft, or from Create with AI on a Guide. On Windows, use PowerShell. From the second time, choose Already connected under Connection to start without signing in again.

Install Claude Code or Codex and sign in first: typing claude (or codex) in a terminal should start it. If the terminal says the command is not found, see the install guide. [Install Claude Code](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/setup) · [Install Codex](https://developers.openai.com/codex/cli)

### From the Claude apps or ChatGPT

Add the server address below as a custom connector in their settings, sign in to LogicFlowCraft and approve, then turn it on in the chat. This method is still experimental.

Server address: `https://logicflowcraft-beta-api.vercel.app/mcp`

[Claude: custom connectors](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/11175166) · [ChatGPT: Developer mode](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/12584461)

Access conditions apply, and AI service fees are separate.

### From agreement to release

From agreement to release:
1. Connect (Once)
2. Tell it what to make (Share your sources)
3. Agree on the plan
4. Check and save
5. Release
6. Report (Changes and the link)

Later changes work the same way and become the next version. With nothing changed, no version is made.

If it has open suggested changes, the AI reads them first and, after the release, marks those its agreed changes answer as addressed. For pictures, add them through the link the AI gives you and press Done.

### Build a Guide and several Logic Flows together

On a Guide, choose Create with AI (or Edit with AI after saving). The AI reuses or creates Logic Flows one at a time, releases each as agreed, then saves the Guide.

Someone else's Logic Flow cannot be changed: where you may Derive one (Release and access), release your own and link it to the Guide. The original stays unchanged.

## 10. Usage and account

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/account

### Usage limits

The basic features and AI connections are free, with no time limit. Paid plans are not available yet. If a limit gets in the way, you can ask for a higher one.

Individual and Group limits are separate.

(The table of current limits shows on the page: https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/account)

Until a Group trusts you, you can first release up to 15 new Public Logic Flows in 30 days and keep 1 request open, whatever your plan.

- **How items are counted**: Released versions of the same Logic Flow count as one item. Your own new Drafts, not yet released, use your draft limit; a Draft revising a released Logic Flow uses none; a Logic Flow made for a Group, its Draft included, uses that Group's limit.
- **Withdrawal and the retention period**: Withdrawn Logic Flows are permanently deleted after a cumulative seven days. Restoring one pauses the count but does not reset it.
- **When a limit falls**: When a limit falls below what you hold, adding more of that kind stops and a 30-day period starts. Personal Logic Flows (in a Group, its Logic Flows and Guides) beyond the limit pause at its end, unless you (in a Group, its Manager) choose what to keep or make room. Nothing is deleted: paused ones can be exported, and restored once there is room. Folders never pause; above the limit, new ones cannot be made.

Details

### Counting and restoring items

Counts follow the current owner or Group Manager. Adding a Folder link does not count the linked content again. Personal folders use your individual folder allowance.

Images count in the storage of what shows them: those in your own Logic Flows and Guides in yours, those in a Group's in that Group's. An image shown nowhere counts where it was uploaded, for 30 days.

The 30-day Public limit counts Logic Flows first released within the last 30 days that are still published. Withdrawing one frees capacity; restoring it requires available capacity. Updating a version or restoring a flow does not change its first release date.

If the number of withdrawn Logic Flows exceeds the limit, those with the earliest first withdrawal dates are deleted first.

### Group management and deletion

How many free Groups you can manage depends on your plan (see the table); a Group on Group Plus is not counted, and you can take one on even at the limit. Before managing another free Group, transfer management of a current one or complete its deletion. To start a new Group for Group Plus at the limit, contact us.

When a Group is deleted, its Logic Flows cannot be restored. During the remaining retention period, owners can preview the latest released version or use Derive to create a separate flow. The Group's Guides, Folders, and working drafts are deleted.

### Administrator exception

Platform Administrators and the Groups they manage are exempt from count limits. The seven-day retention rule for withdrawn Logic Flows still applies.

### Profile

My Page shows your name, the Groups that trust you, and your record. There too: Taking requests, Usage with Request a higher limit, email, language, and asking to delete your account.

### Notifications

The bell tells you about invitations, verification, requests, suggested changes, comments and the board; each opens its page. What should not be missed is marked Important, and All or Important filters them. Turn on Also receive notifications by email on My Page to have them by email too (one an hour at most).

## 11. FAQ

https://logicflowcraft.com/docs/faq

- **Do I need an account?**: Not to run Public Logic Flows or to try Build a Logic Flow. A free account lets you save, release, bookmark, and join Groups.
- **Is the content checked?**: Logic Flows show their sources, and some versions carry verification records. Neither guarantees the result; use your own judgment for important decisions.
- **The AI's answer can't be read.**: Paste the AI's final answer, the one with a box that starts with ```json, or choose its answer file (JSON). If it still fails, follow the repair steps shown on screen.
- **My long prompt became a file in ChatGPT.**: That is normal for long pastes. Send it as is.
- **Which AI can I use?**: Any chat AI that can read long text, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. On free plans, start with a simple theme.
- **Does connecting an AI change anything?**: No. The AI only reads until you agree on a plan in the chat, and releases only with your approval.
- **Can I add pictures?**: Yes: to questions, choices and results in a Logic Flow, and as figures in a Guide. Use only pictures from which no one can be identified.
- **Can I give up a request I took?**: Before delivering anything, Step down. After that, Ask to stop: it stops when the requester agrees, or after 7 days.
- **Who can see a Group's Logic Flows?**: Its active members, and the viewers it lets into a locked folder. What it puts in a public folder or shares outside, anyone can use.
- **How do I start a Group?**: Create one from Groups. It is free.
- **How do I reopen the start guide?**: Use the How to start banner on Home, or read Getting started.
