This Privacy Policy explains what information LogicFlowCraft uses, why it is needed, and who can see it. It also explains how to ask about your information or request its deletion.
Information supports sign-in, content storage and sharing, access settings, Groups, requests, verification, notifications, AI connections, and support inquiries. It is also used to investigate problems and protect and improve the service.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase process account identifiers, email addresses, and basic profile information for authentication. LogicFlowCraft does not receive your Google password or automatically publish your Google name or photo.
Platform Administrators can view all users' account email addresses for account management. Active Group Managers can view the email addresses of their Group's current members and join applicants to identify individuals and manage participation. Account email addresses are not included in public Profiles or shown to other Group members.
When a request's builder or verifier is decided, its requester and that person each see the other's registered email address on that request, as both agreed when putting a hand up, accepting or choosing; it ends when that person steps down and 30 days after the request ends, and the offer, acceptance and end are recorded.
If you turn it on in your account settings, your notifications are also sent to your email address, gathered into one email an hour at most with what each says and its link. You can turn it off anytime in your account settings or with the link in each email.
When you apply to read a Group's folder or become its viewer, your display name, your note and your period are visible to its Manager and Co-managers, not your email address.
A Group's name, picture and description, and its Manager's and Co-managers' display names, can be seen by anyone.
